RPS recommends that to further improve its reporting, Telford Homes should: Develop and embed a GHG Accounting Protocol detailing process and assumptions to be used to ensure the same process is employed year-on-year, and Carbon Disclosure Project (CDP) compliance. Ensure both market-based and location-based emissions totals are clearly reported. Further embed the systematic management of its operations through working towards ISO9001:2015, and continued certification to ISO45001:2018 and ISO14001:2015. Continue to refine its approach to calculating its performance measures and targets in order to promote comparability across its reporting, and present this information in a clear and objective format following benchmarking best practice to demonstrate five year progression. Identify and further progress biodiversity additional net positive initiatives within an urban context. Continue to engage proactively with stakeholders both internally and externally to progress the company’s sustainability strategy.
