The health and safety of our customers, employees, subcontractors and the communities in which we operate continues to be our highest priority. In March, to support countrywide efforts to contain the spread of COVID-19, we took the precautionary step of temporarily closing our sites and sales suites.

On May 4 we began a phased and progressive re-opening of our construction sites following the implementation of new working practices based on the Construction Leadership Council’s new Site Operating Procedures. Our teams have returned to sites in a safe and controlled manner, and with a number of robust protective measures in place. As a key player in the UK’s vital construction industry we are following government guidelines closely, and we take our duty as a safe and responsible employer seriously.

On June 1, in line with government guidelines we reopened our sales suites.  In order to maintain social distancing, all visits will be by appointment only and a maximum of two people will be permitted to attend. Social distancing measures and sanitising provisions are in place at all of our sales suites, and we look forward to welcoming you to our developments.

Our Head Office is now open with reduced capacity. In order to maintain social distancing, we will be operating on a split-team system, with employees who wish to return to the office doing so on a rotating basis. Maintaining a safe environment for our staff remains our top priority, and sanitising provisions will be in place throughout the office space. We are not currently accepting visitors to the office. Please continue to contact us as normal, by phone or email, but please be mindful that our return to office is progressive and therefore we are operating at reduced capacity.

Now that our sites have reopened, we are in the process of contacting our purchasers directly in order to discuss safely handing over finished properties to them as soon as is practical. Customers nearing completion can help speed up the process by ensuring all documents are ready and submitted as early as possible.
