National Sustainability Awards

We are pleased to announce that Telford Homes has been shortlisted for ‘Building of the Year’ with Equipment Works at the National Sustainability Awards.

This achievement is a testament to our investment in creating energy efficient, sustainable and low impact homes, as we continue to champion our Building a Living Legacy sustainability strategy.

As outlined in the recent Sustainability Report 2022, Telford Homes has achieved 92 per cent of its sustainability objectives over the last year, as it reaches new milestones in its 2030 journey towards new zero. With portfolio-wide initiatives such as the Biodiversity Action Plan and net-positive on-site green infrastructure, Telford Homes creates thriving sustainable communities for both future and existing residents.

Being shortlisted for this award is a recognition of our role as pioneers of innovative sustainable building practices and resources - demonstrating best practices for the built environment sector by responding proactively to the climate emergency. And we are delighted to be joining other industry leaders for the awards ceremony on the 6th of October.
