We drive our Building a Living Legacy strategy (BLL) through our dedicated BLL Leaders and Champions, alongside our Steering committee that is made up of senior leaders across the business.
The steering committee meet every quarter and ensure our strategy and objectives are being successfully implemented and to provide further governance. The Steering committee is supported by our BLL Champions who are from various departments across the business, providing insights to our strategy.
We also invite experts to our committees as part of our advocacy structure, these experts share knowledge and inform our thought leadership.
This approach drives and complements our Sustainability requirements that are included in our people’s personal objectives and training programmes.
