Telford Homes Shortlisted At The Brownfield Awards

We are pleased to announce that Telford Homes’ Equipment Works development has been shortlisted for Best Sustainable Brownfield/UrbanRegeneration/Infrastructure Scheme at the Brownfield Awards 2022.

The Brownfield Awards celebrate the best use of innovative techniques, awareness of sustainability, engagement of stakeholders and demonstration of best practice amongst developers and organisations in the brownfield community.

Influenced by the industrial heritage narrative and local area, Equipment Works was designed to promote free movement through the landscape, providing a safe and enjoyable experience for residents and the local community. The judges were also impressed by the outstanding sustainability credentials of the development. By regenerating and developing solely brownfield sites in London, near public transport nodes (average PTAL 4.8); we are contributing to the capital’s vision to be inclusive and well-connected.

The winners will be announced at a ceremony on the 13th October at the Leonardo Royal Hotel London, Tower Bridge.
