Telford Homes Shortlisted For Three Awards At The British Homes Awards

Telford Homes is excited to announce that three of our developments have been shortlisted for the British Homes Awards 2022.

South Kilburn has been shortlisted for Best Housing Partnership, The Lock has been shortlisted for Regeneration Scheme of the Year and Equipment Works has been shortlisted for Sustainable Development of The Year.

These three recognitions are testimony to our commitment to building sustainable communities that deliver positive long-term benefits to residents and communities. As revealed in our Sustainability Report 2022, we achieved an immense 92% of our ‘Building A Living Legacy’ strategy objectives, showing immense efforts in creating cohesive communities, and towards our goal of reaching net-zero by 2030.

With apartments still available at The Lock, we are pleased that this stunning new waterfront neighbourhood has been recognised, for creating a bustling community on the edge of the Grand Union Canal.

The winners will be revealed at a ceremony at The Londoner Hotel on Friday 30th September.
