NINE ELMS BLOCKS B AND D SCORE 45/45 IN THE CONSIDERATE CONSTRUCTORS SCHEME

We are delighted to share that our Nine Elms (Blocks B and D) has achieved a perfect score of 45/45 in The Considerate Constructors Scheme’ (CCS) Code of Considerate Practice and Checklist.

Particular praise was given to the site moving forward with the CCS Committee input, and their knowledge and application of the CCS code of practice which elevated the site's score. The report notes the robust safety and environmental management procedures that are active on site. 

The report highlighted the site team’s respect for the community and their support for local charities. The site’s consideration for local residents and how work could impact them was highlighted; for example, the plan they implemented to help reduce noise in the surrounding environment.  

The report also notes the positive workplace for staff on site, acknowledging the wellness sessions, mental health support, healthy options in the canteen and stop smoking campaigns. This is all part of a sustainable commitment to retaining staff and ensuring their wellbeing.
