In addition to our previously reported plans, we aimed to advocate and update the journey annually, considering the forecasted National, London Plan policy amendments, regulations, and the Future Homes Standards (FHS) being published in the reporting period. But, given the pandemic, alterations and/or new requirements were either delayed or not made by policy makers and/or regulators. As a result, this has affected some areas of our progress – albeit we are still making good improvement by achieving 94 per cent of our targets and are broadly performing in line with our short-term commitments – and have completed some 2021 ambitions early. More detail of our advancements (using a traffic light approach) can be seen in this report, in the journey (scroll-over) and our Principal Risks and Uncertainties Register https://www.telfordhomes-ir.london/sustainability/report-appendices/ Gallions Point Telford homes 2030 journey Click here to see the full timeline Click here to see the full timeline
