Telford Homes is excited to announce that our New Garden Quarter Development - located next to the world-renowned Queen Elizabeth Olympic Park in Stratford - has been shortlisted for Best New Place to Live at the Building London Planning Awards 2022

The entry was submitted by the development’s architect, Pollard Thomas Edwards (PTE),

winner of Architect Journal’s ‘Sustainable Practice of the Year’. In line with our Building a Living Legacy strategy, sustainability is at the heart of its design with highly energy efficient homes featuring excellent fabric performance and low carbon emissions, as well as benefiting from an on-site combined heat and power plant, green roofs and photovoltaics.

New Garden Quarter is the fourth zone of the wider Chobham Farm masterplan, located between the East Village and Stratford new town. The site was previously used as a car park, which has since been transformed into a new 471-home landscape-focused neighbourhood, offering residents and neighbours the opportunity to build a new community in a safe, secure and natural environment.

Local residents can enjoy Stratford's most up and coming areas, with a wealth of amenities right on their doorstep, as well as fast access to great transport links. It is conveniently connected to Central London with nearby Stratford station.
