Anne is the CEO of Telford Homes, a Trammell Crow Company Developer. In this role, Anne is responsible for developing the firm’s overall strategy, the day-to-day operational performance, risk management, stakeholder relationships and all other long-term business planning. She chairs the Telford Homes Executive Committee and sits on the Board of Directors. Anne previously served as Board Director and Chief Investment Officer at PATRIZIA, a Germany-based global real assets investment manager. Under her leadership, PATRIZIA grew to manage more than €55 billion in real estate assets. She also oversaw key acquisitions and all investment activities for the firm, including PATRIZIA’s key fund management strategies. Prior to joining PATRIZIA in 2017, she held leadership roles at AXA Real Assets, Lazard, Cambridge Place Investment Management and JLL.

As Capital Markets Director, Charlie is responsible for all capital markets relationships and focuses on securing funding partners for a growing pipeline of BtR developments. Charlie plays a critical role in establishing and nurturing relationships with funding partners who are keen to invest alongside Telford Homes in purpose-designed and built rental homes. Charlie joined from Savills, where he was a founding director of the Operational Capital Markets business. Charlie has been an influential contributor to the rapid evolution of the UK’s BtR sector and has personally advised on approximately £4 billion of funding transactions in the sector to date.

Lesley is the Chief Operating Officer of Telford Homes, a Trammell Crow Company Developer. In her role, Lesley is responsible for Telford Homes’ investment underwriting, Investment Committee processes and the implementation of business plans. The Investment, Development Management and Customer Services teams report directly to her. Lesley has over 26 years’ experience in real estate and is a well-established leader in the UK’s build to rent (BTR) market, having been heavily involved in some of the UK’s earliest purpose-built BTR projects, including East Village and Elephant Central during her time at Delancey. Lesley was previously the Head of Commercial Strategy for GoSpace AI Limited, where she oversaw strategic, go-to-market, client and operational initiatives along with investor and partner relationships. Prior to that, she was CIO of Seaforth Land leading the firm’s investment strategy, property acquisitions and financing.

John joined Telford Homes in 2017 as the Group Sustainability Manager with over 12 years’ experience in sustainability. John’s role at Telford Homes includes implementing the company’s sustainability strategy Building a Living Legacy and embedding it as a golden thread across all departments, along with corporate reporting, and managing the NextGeneration annual sustainability benchmarking submission (we are currently ranked as the no.1 sustainable housebuilder in the UK). He also initiated and developed the company sustainability two year e-learning training programme, carrying out role-specific training needs analysis.

Jon joined Telford Homes in 2022, bringing over eight years’ experience working in the civil engineering industry, managing sustainability for onsite projects such as the M4 Smart Motorway Project, various Crossrail sites and the Southampton to London Pipeline. Jon’s role at Telford Homes comprises of delivery of the ‘Building a Living Legacy’ (BLL)nstrategy and the 2030 Roadmap. As part of this role Jon chairs the BLL Champions working group, to provide a mid-management perspective on discussions and to provide feedback and input on initiatives. Jon’s experience in the construction industry and the application of sustainability in an active site environment allows for the golden thread to be embedded deeper within our construction teams.

Kerry joined Telford Homes in 2016 and was appointed Head of Marketing and Communications in January 2020. With 12 years of experience in the field of marketing, Kerry now leads the corporate communications strategy throughout the business. Reporting directly to the Chief Financial and Operating Officer, her team are responsible for all external and internal communications, company PR, corporate literature, brand guardianship, digital marketing strategy and assist in the production of the annual Sustainability Report. The Marketing and Communications team are also responsible for implementing a comprehensive lead generation strategy across the remaining Telford Homes open market developments - this includes managing the effective delivery of all UK and overseas marketing campaigns and development-branded assets.

Liam joined Telford Homes in October 2021, with over 20 years of experience of acting for large real estate developers, obtained both in-house and from private practice. Liam has a wide and varied role at Telford Homes, which includes leading the Telford in-house team, strategic legal advice, risk detection, prevention and mitigation, overseeing Telford’s legal matters, including transactions, and managing external counsel. Liam is a member of the Senior Management team at Telford Homes and, along with his team, regularly works with the Sustainability team to ensure that Legal supports sustainability initiatives within the business, including policy and governance.

With over 21 years’ experience in the industry, Jeremy joined Telford Homes in 2008. Jeremy is responsible for all Commercial functions of Telford Homes projects – including the Surveying , Estimating, Supply chain management and Buying teams. Jeremy’s role is constantly evolving and growing to meet the shifting objectives of the Telford Homes business.

Greg joined Telford Homes in 2006 as site manager – and has since worked his way up to Construction Director. Greg is responsible for overseeing all construction staff across the business; managing the delivery of all construction jobs and programmes and ensuring Health and Safety procedures are upheld across all sites. Greg manages a team of 110; using his 30 years of experience in the industry to provide support and mentoring to ensure all construction staff remain positive and engaged.

Husam joined Telford Homes in June 2021 as Technical Director, bringing over 20 years of industry experience within the UK, Middle East and Far East. Husam leads the Technical team and is responsible for the construction stage of all Telford Homes residential projects. Husam’s role includes setting the strategy for the technical department, reviewing the technical processes and procedures, latest industry regulation changes as well as overseeing the delivery of the technical design, economical build solutions and third party relationships. Husam and his team as part of the Operation’s Department work closely with the Land and Development, Pre-Construction and Sustainability teams. Husam has a wealth of BIM experience, innovation, digital construction, and MMC.
