A high-quality, mixed-use development, which includes commercial space aimed at supporting start-ups, small businesses and those in the creative industries.

Sitting at a strategic location adjacent to Alperton station in the London Borough of Brent, the former Alperton Bus Depot site will see a high-quality residential-led mixed-use development of 461 new homes, 40 per cent of which will be affordable. The scheme will deliver new retail and community offerings, enhancements to the public realm as well as installing step free access at Alperton station.

Delivery will also include the provision of 2,400 sq. m. of light industrial maker spaces and associated shared ‘makers yard’, and a net gain in biodiversity. The scheme will achieve a 57 per cent reduction in regulated carbon emissions against the 55 per cent target (2013). The site benefits from excellent transport links, being adjacent to the Piccadilly Line station, offering access to Central London in just 30 minutes.
