In an average day, we have over 1,000 people on our sites and at head office, of which around 25% are directly employed with the remainder being employed by our subcontractor partners.
There’s a great variety of roles from sales and marketing, to finance, surveying and sustainability, and we have an excellent Management Trainee scheme. No matter what your role is though, we’ll help you to flourish.
Learning and development
We are committed to equipping our employees with the skills they need. Over the last year, a record number of people from across the business attended training courses and workshops, and more than one third of our senior managers achieved an ILM (Institute of Leadership and Management) accreditation.
Recruitment and retention
We are an ambitious, growing business that continues to strengthen our team. Last year 20% of our workforce was new to the organisation and we expect this figure to be higher in the next 12 months, to support the growth of the business.
