There are numerous opportunities to develop skills and progress careers, ranging from technical to professional and behavioural development. Our managers, working closely with our Learning and Development function play an integral part in identifying learning needs and supporting their people to achieve their goals and ambitions. 

In 2017 each of our employees enjoyed an average of three training days which is in the upper quartile in our sector.
