Our purpose is to design and develop high-quality, sustainable Build to Rent communities that exceed the expectations of our investment partners and future residents. Through our fully integrated development platform, we are able to offer investors the ability to benefit from a business that covers all elements of the development life cycle, from land acquisition all the way through to delivery.

Each stage of the development process is managed by a team of in-house specialists who are experienced in delivering high quality residential-led developments. From an investor’s perspective, access to these various skill sets is channelled through their primary interaction with the Capital Markets Team. Led by Charlie Weatherill, this team is the main point of contact during the transactional process and ensures each deal progresses smoothly and efficiently from headline terms through to legal completion.

Alongside this, a dedicated Development Manager will work with the Capital Markets team to oversee the technical aspects of the development, coordinate with our construction team and work with the investor to ensure the development meets their requirements. The Development Manager becomes the primary contact for the investor from transaction close through to completion of the project, ensuring a consistent point of contact.

To date, we have transacted on 11 projects with various investment partners, totalling c.£1.2bn of committed capital, with numerous exciting future projects in our development pipeline. Our pipeline is concentrated around London and its commuter towns, in locations that exhibit strong Build-to-Rent characteristics.

From a structuring perspective, we focus on deal structures that enable a clear alignment of interests between us as developer and our investment partner. Our aim is to create long-term, sustainable partnerships which deliver strong, risk-adjusted returns to our investors; we believe this is best achieved by creating collaborative structures that align the interests of both parties.
