International Way, Stratford - Resolution to grant planning consent

Telford Homes is pleased to announce that it has received a resolution to grant planning consent for a site on International Way in Stratford. The site is currently owned by LCR, The Department for Transport and HS1 Ltd. In accordance with a conditional contract exchanged in 2019 it will be acquired by Telford Homes once a full legal planning permission is issued.

The site is in a great location adjacent to Stratford International station and the Westfield shopping centre. The development will include 380 new homes, made up of 247 build to rent apartments and 133 affordable homes, alongside office and commercial space. There will also be an extensive communal amenity space including a resident’s lounge, terrace and gym. Enabling works will commence later this year with completion expected in 2025.
