The awards, run by the Royal Society for the Prevention of Accidents (RoSPA), promote organisations that are world-leaders in health and safety practice. Telford Homes was recognised for its overarching occupational health and safety management systems, including practices such as leadership and workforce involvement.
John Fitzgerald, Group Managing Director at Telford Homes, commented: “We are delighted that once again our occupational health and safety performance has been recognised by the Royal Society for the Prevention of Accidents (RoSPA), with our eleventh consecutive Gold Medal award.
“The health and safety of everyone involved in our business is our highest priority and, although our performance over the past year has been excellent, we continue to strive for improvement. We’re continually reviewing and updating our systems and are confident that through comprehensive procedures and investment in training, we will continue to minimise health and safety risks on our development sites, now and in the future.”
