Planning Consent granted at our International Way and Alperton Sites
Telford Homes is delighted to announce that we have received full planning consent for two of our projects this week.
The first is our Alperton Bus Garage scheme, which will see us create a new Build to Rent led mixed-use scheme, delivering 461 new homes, including 40% affordable housing, alongside new retail and community offerings and enhancements to the public realm. The site benefits from excellent transport links, being adjacent to the Piccadilly Line station offering access to Central London in just 30 minutes.
The second is for our International Way project in Stratford. The plans will deliver 380 new homes, including build to rent apartments and affordable homes, alongside office and commercial space. There will also be an extensive communal amenity space including a resident’s lounge, terrace and gym.
Works are expected to start on both schemes by the end of the year.
Today’s announcement provides two strong examples of our ability to build the high-quality homes and sustainable communities that London needs.
