Telford Homes Shortlisted For the Resi Awards

We are delighted to announce that Telford Homes has been shortlisted for the 2021 RESI Awards.

Our Carmen St Development - located in the heart of thriving Poplar in east London - has been nominated for the ‘Climate Crisis Initiative’, which is a brand new category for this year’s awards.

The scheme comprises 206 new homes, incorporating climate change resilience in its architectural form, and improved adaptation potential through its ecologically positive landscaped open spaces and green and brown roofs. At the forefront of the development’s design was the London Plan Energy Hierarchy: Be Lean, Be Clean and Be Green.

Now in its 10th year, the RESI Awards, organised by Property Week, brings together the leading organisations within the property sector to compete for some of the industry’s most prestigious prizes.

We will face a second stage of judging, before the winners are unveiled at an awards ceremony on Wednesday 1st December.
