Telford Homes shortlisted in two categories in Housebuilder Awards 2021

For the second consecutive year, we're delighted to announce that Telford Homes has been shortlisted for two categories in this year’s Housebuilder Awards 2021.

The Housebuilder Awards, run by the leading publication Housebuilder Magazine, is one of the most sought after and prestigious annual awards in the industry.

Our Stone Studios development, a unique live-work community in Hackney Wick, has been nominated for Best Design for Four Storeys or More. Comprising five uniquely characterful buildings, the distinctive micro-neighbourhood provides 120 expansive, light-filled apartments – as well as 5,000sqm of high-quality commercial space including an on-site café and shared creative workspace.

We are also proud to announce that Telford Homes has been shortlisted for Sustainable Housebuilder of the Year. Ranked as the UK’s most sustainable housebuilders by ‘Next Generation’ we are continuing our path to become a net zero company by 2030. Judges have recognised that our ambition to grow is underpinned by our dedication to sustainable and responsible homebuilding, as evidenced through our latest sustainability report.

The ceremony will be held on Wednesday 24th November, at the InterContinental London – The O2.
