Charlie Weatherill named amongst BtR’s most influential individuals

 CHARLIE WEATHERILL NAMED AMONGST BtR’s MOST INFLUENTIAL INDIVIDUALS

We’re excited to share that our Capital Markets Director, Charlie Weatherill, has been named by the Estates Gazette as one of the top 50 most influential individuals in the UK’s Build to Rent sector.

As Capital Markets Director, Charlie plays a critical role across all our investor relationships and focuses on securing funding partners for our growing pipeline of BtR developments.

During his 10 year tenure at Savills and since joining Telford Homes in September 2020, Charlie has been an influential contributor to the rapid evolution of the UK’s BtR sector and has been involved in approximately £7 billion of funding transactions to date, including our recent forward funding deals with Realstar and Legal & General.

Charlie’s recognition by Estates Gazette as one of the top 50 influencers in the sector is a real testament to his incredible work over the past few years and is noteworthy as we continue to expand our BtR portfolio as a Trammell Crow Company Developer.
