Stephen Pedro Wins CIOB Construction Manager of the Year Award

We are delighted to share that Stephen Pedro, Project Manager at Stone Studios has won the Construction Manager of the Year Award (CMYA) category at the 2022 CIOB Awards.

For over 40 years the CMYA award has shone a spotlight on the most talented Construction Managers across the UK. Stephen and his team have delivered an award winning scheme at Stone Studios, making considerable effort to engage with the local community and nurture the area’s creative spirit.

The award win is a recognition of Stephen’s knowledge and competence within the construction industry, which has contributed to the success of Stone Studios. It is fair to say that it was a challenging project to be able to see through from inception to completion, particularly with getting the local community on board with his vision. We would like to take this opportunity to thank him for his ongoing commitment to delivering outstanding results.

This award is true testament to Stephen’s incredible work on our Stone Studios development.
