Telford Homes is thrilled to announce that our Perfume Factory site has received a score of 44/45 in the Considerate Construction Scheme Monitor’s review.

The Considerate Constructors Scheme is an independent organisation with a review system that aims to raise standards across the industry. Sites are scored in three areas: Respect the Community, Care for the Environment and Value their Workforce, to determine whether they meet best practice beyond statutory requirements. Telford Homes is committed to considerate place making, as outlined in its ‘Building A Living Legacy’ strategy, so is delighted to see such a positive review in these important areas.

The review highlights that the site is well presented and promotes an excellent image of the construction industry. Perfume Factory scored 15/15 for its demonstration of respect to the local community due to consistent involvement in fundraising activity and collaboration and communication with local neighbours and key stakeholders.

The Perfume Factory site in North Acton will see the former Elizabeth Arden factory transformed into 374 new build-to-rent homes, and 1,403 sqm of commercial space across three towers. The development will be complete in Autumn 2024.
